The final day of a two part series begun last Saturday. Sessions are from 10:00-12:30 and 1:30-4:00 with a shared potluck lunch.

Based on the traditional Tibetan Mind Training (Lojong) teachings, these sessions will benefit Buddhists and non-Buddhists alike.  In life, the most difficult problems present us with the opportunity for personal growth. Geshe Soepa will lead us as we learn to face challenges and tragedies with courage and transform them into profound insights.

Through talks, discussion and meditation, we will learn to:

* become aware of our responses and the choices that are open to us

* develop compassion and insight to benefit ourselves and all living beings

* move toward inner peace and clarity

Suggested donation $60 for both Saturdays, or $30 per day.
