Gathering in Support of Tibet

Lama Yeshe Ling Tibetan Buddhist Centre (KW) is sponsoring a public event.
What: A rally/gathering of sympathetic individuals to support the peaceful resolution of conflict between Tibet and China for the highest benefit of all.
Where: Kitchener City Hall -- Civic Square
When: Sunday, May 11, 1:00-3:00pm
Scheduled speakers include: Geshe Thubten Soepa, resident teacher at Lama Yeshe Ling Tibetan Buddhist Centre; Lama Karma Phuntsok of Palpung Yeshe Chökhor Centre; Ven. Han from the Vien Quang Temple; and Ven. Bikku from the Buddhist Phomavihakam Temple. The program will also include prayers and mantras on behalf of Tibet and China, and aspirational wishes for the non-violent resolution of conflict.
