Geshe Sherab Teaching - "Thriving in Troubled Times"
These teachings will be divided into Part One from Mon Feb 15 to Fri Feb 19, and Part Two from Feb 19 to 21st.
During the week, there will be three sessions per day, morning, afternoon & evening and you may choose to attend all 7 days, or single week days, or even just one week day session.
Part One: Steps for a Meaningful Life
This step by step process of gaining understanding and personal empowerment, called Lam Rim in Tibetan, is exactly what we need most in our life today. Geshe-la will help you dispel the myths that keep problems recycling again and again. You will gain new insight and a clear path to thrive and have a happy mind, no matter what is going on.
