Dekyi-Lee Oldershaw is co-author of 16 Guidelines for Life, now in 6 languages and developer and master trainer of Transformative Mindfulness self-healing methods, offering telecourses and facilitation training internationally. Valerie Spironello, MSW, RSW, trained as a social worker, has discovered the importance of looking at life’s challenges from a holistic approach. As a social worker & wellness counsellor, she has a specific interest in the use of mindfulness meditation in talk therapy. Val has been studying meditation and energy healing for 10 + years. She is a certified Five Tibetan Yoga instructor and has co-facilitated training for Transformative Mindfulness and Mindfulness and Pr actical Meditation facilitators with Dekyi-Lee Oldershaw. As well, she has trained with teachers Kumar Jeeva,and Jon Kabat-Zinn. Having worked in health care, Valerie is also skilled to assist those in the helping professions to identify and create plans for dealing with Compassion Fatigue and is committed to supporting others in living well in Body, Mind and Spirit.
